Haunted Chateau

Oregon Caves Chateau was built in the early 1930's. The six-story chateau, completed is in the base of Cave Creek Canyon near the Oregon Caves entrance.A spirit named Elizabeth haunts the sixth-floor hallway during the day and roams the hotel at night. On her wedding night, she jumped to her death from the window of Room 301 after finding her husband in a compromising position with one of the chambermaids.The building is being restored. It has been closed since 2018.
